With its LiveChat service, National Association of Certified Mediators wanted to give its customers active customer representative services without any hitch. LiveChat services are built to provide all the help users of a website need in the shortest time possible.
The LiveChat service was thus designed to give customers the feeling of talking to a direct representative of the organization in person. To intimate users of the National Association of Certified Mediators’ website better, we incorporated the social media presence of the organization with a widget with the number of likes on the organization’s Facebook page.
We also included the directions for using the LiveChat service to ensure that users enjoy a hitch-free experience while using the service. The picture of the support agent with both their first and last names was also incorporated into the LiveChat feature to help users connect with the service better.
